Privacy Policy

Order information: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number where provided, and order contents. We need these to fulfil orders and we keep them as commercial records.

Payment information: you pay by card through a secure payment link from our payment processor, sent after you order. Card numbers are never transmitted to or stored on our servers; we keep only the payment method and the amount received.

Contact submissions: what you send us through the contact form, kept so we can answer and so we have a record of any lot discrepancy report.

Basic analytics: aggregate page-level usage. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not share your purchase history with advertisers or data brokers. We do not add contact-form submissions to a marketing list — the newsletter is opt-in and separate.

Only the processors needed to run the business: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, and our email service provider for transactional messages and for the newsletter if you subscribed. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

We disclose information to authorities where legally required to do so.

Order records are retained for seven years to meet commercial and tax record-keeping obligations. Contact submissions are retained for two years. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion, by emailing support@certuspeptides.com. We respond within 30 days. Note that we may be required to retain order records for the statutory period even after a deletion request, in which case we will tell you what we retained and why.

We use cookies and local storage that are necessary for the site to function — keeping your cart between visits, and maintaining your session at checkout. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
