Certus Peptides is a trade name of Port Royal Company, a Nevada limited liability company, 2510 East Sunset Road, STE 5, Las Vegas, NV 89120. "We", "us" and "Certus Peptides" in these terms mean Port Royal Company doing business as Certus Peptides.

All products supplied by Certus Peptides are intended exclusively for laboratory research use. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices. They have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and they are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any form of in-vivo administration.

No statement on this site should be read as a recommendation regarding administration, dosing or use in any living subject. Where we describe a compound's mechanism or the research areas in which it appears, we are describing published literature, not making a claim about outcomes.

By placing an order you represent that you are at least 21 years of age; that you are a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of an institution for legitimate research purposes; that the material will be used only in a laboratory setting by or under the supervision of a person qualified to handle it; and that you accept full responsibility for the safe handling, use, storage and disposal of the material.

Certus Peptides is a research chemical supplier. We are not a 503A compounding pharmacy and not a 503B outsourcing facility, and nothing on this site should be read as claiming either status.

Certificates of analysis published on this site describe the specific lot identified on them. They are accurate to the results returned by the testing laboratory named on the certificate.

Analytical results carry the measurement uncertainty inherent to the methods used. A purity figure is an area-percent measurement under the stated chromatographic conditions and is not a guarantee of performance in your particular assay.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order affected by one, with a full refund. Stock levels shown are indicative; where an item is unavailable after ordering we will contact you with the option to wait or cancel.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to any order is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data or experimental results.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
