Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 1:00 PM PT on a business day are dispatched the same day from our facility in Mount Pleasant, SC. Orders placed after the cutoff, at weekends, or on a US public holiday dispatch on the next business day.

You receive a tracking number by email at dispatch, not at order placement. If you have an order confirmation but no tracking number after one business day, contact us.

All material ships lyophilised in an insulated container with a cold pack, as standard rather than as a paid upgrade. Lyophilised peptide tolerates brief ambient excursions considerably better than reconstituted material, but the cold pack keeps the margin comfortable through summer transit.

Copper complexes and other photosensitive compounds additionally ship in opaque secondary packaging. Compounds requiring desiccation ship with desiccant regardless of order size.

Outer packaging is unbranded and does not identify the contents.

Standard shipping is $14.99 and typically delivers in 3–5 business days; it is free on orders over $200. 2-Day is $29.99, free over $500. Overnight is $49.99 with signature on receipt, free over $1,000. We choose the carrier (UPS or FedEx) for each order.

Orders ship once payment has been received and confirmed.

Delivery estimates are carrier estimates and are not guarantees. Where a delivery date genuinely matters to your work, choose overnight.

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not ship to other destinations. Research chemical import rules vary considerably by jurisdiction, and we would rather decline than ship somewhere we cannot do so lawfully and reliably.

If a package arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us the same day. If tracking shows delivery and the package is not there, contact us within three business days so we can open a carrier trace while it is still actionable.

If a shipment is delayed in transit long enough that the cold pack has fully thawed, contact us. We will assess whether the material remains within specification and replace it if there is any reasonable doubt.
