About BPC-157
BPC-157 is a pentadecapeptide sequence isolated from a protein found in human gastric juice. Its research profile is unusually broad — tendon and ligament fibroblast models, gastrointestinal mucosal work, angiogenesis assays and nitric oxide pathway studies all use it — and the breadth is part of why it draws scepticism as well as interest. The mechanistic thread most consistently reported is upregulation of VEGFR2 signalling and downstream endothelial tube formation.
What makes it practical to work with is stability: unlike most peptides of comparable length, BPC-157 tolerates aqueous solution and low pH without rapid degradation, which is presumably a consequence of where it came from. That does not mean it is indefinitely stable, and it does not mean every vial sold under the name contains it. The acetate and arginine salt forms are both in circulation and behave differently on reversed phase; our certificate states which salt form the lot is, because a purity number without a salt form is not a complete answer.

Handling and reconstitution
Dissolves quickly and completely. Persistent cloudiness after two minutes of gentle swirling is a red flag worth reporting.

Questions about this compound
Acetate salt as standard, stated explicitly on every lot certificate. The arginine salt is available on request for work where acetate interferes with the assay. The two are not interchangeable in quantitative work because net peptide content differs.
Our stability data supports 30 days at 2–8 °C with less than 2 % loss by HPLC. That is longer than most peptides of this length and is a genuine property of the sequence, not a marketing figure — the stability run is on the certificate.
